The finer details

  • Due to the single lift operation, this event will be limited, so don't hesitate to sign up!

  • There will be on-site camping that requires a small fee and reservation. To make a reservation click the link here.

  • Discounted lift tickets are available Friday and Saturday before the race. Tickets will be $34 each day. With proof of registration.

  • Hello Friends!

  •

  •

  • Welcome to Powderhorn, and our last stop of the 2023 Rev Tour!

  •

  • We are stoked to have you all, and have some rad courses lined up.  Powderhorn sits on the edge of the Grand Mesa, the largest flat top mountain in the world!  We have a nice little transfer with some awesome views lined up for you so take in all in while you are out there!

  •

  • Friday and Saturday there are practice tickets available for Rev racers, so come out today and tomorrow and get some laps in before the race.  Please keep in mind the park is open to the public the entire time we are here, and the only closed courses will be for active racing stages.  Ride with respect while you are out practicing!  There is also a wedding going on, so please obey the walk signs in the base area and don’t ride the stair sets etc..

  •

  • Also keep in mind, when you’re practicing stage 2, that is a back country area and there is no patrol response out there.  We will have coverage for the race stage on Sunday only.

  •

  • On race day everyone but the 10-12 cats will ride a transfer to the summit in category order, times listed below.  We do this because the lift capacity is very slow, and takes a long time to get 200 riders to the summit.  As Stage 1 is finishing, the lifts will be turning, and you can hit the aid station and get right on the chair and head up for stage 2.

  •

  • Stage 2 is a short, but chunky technical section of the Rim View Trail.  The Transfer starts at the summit of the chairlift and takes roughly 30-45 minutes on the Rim View Connector to Rim View Trail.  It’s beautiful and scenic transfer across the Mesa.  After the Stage

  •

  • There will be 2 Aid Stations Sunday.  One at the bottom of the Chairlift and one at the Summit.  We will have Water, SKRATCH Labs, Tailwind Nutrition beverages and Kates Real Food Bars mini bars.
